How it is built
Built as one system, not six apps.
Every product sits on the same account, payments, messaging and logistics. That is why a seller on Safe is already a Delivery customer, and why a partner's app can book a rider with one signed call.
One account
A person signs in once. The same identity works on Safe, Delivery, the X app and SMS, so nothing is entered twice.
Mobile money first
MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash and AT Money, plus cards and USSD, through one payment layer every product shares.
Messaging built in
The SMS infrastructure that texts a recipient about a parcel is the same one businesses use to reach their customers.
A logistics network
Hubs, riders and pickup points across Ghana, exposed to our own products and to partners through the same API.
Every product is a client of the same five layers.

On every product, you see what something costs before you commit to it. No surprises at the desk, at checkout or on the invoice.

Trust is earned by activity
A business on Safe is ranked by its real delivery record. A review needs a verified order. A staff ID card can be checked by anyone.

Built for the phone in your hand
Mid-range Android, mobile data, mobile money. Our sites and apps are light on purpose, and every payment method Ghana actually uses is supported.

A person in the loop
Money and trust decisions are never fully automatic. Refunds, disputes and verification are handled by people, with the record to show for it.
