The work
Three kinds of work keep a parcel moving.
Operations
Branches, hubs, booking desks and dispatch: the people who take a parcel in, send it on its way and see it delivered, Monday to Saturday.
Engineering
Our websites, the Dawurobo X app, the Partner API and the tools our own teams use every day to book, dispatch and settle.
Customer support
The people customers reach by phone and WhatsApp when something needs a human: a parcel to find, a question to answer, a dispute to settle.

We show the truth
Prices are shown before booking and numbers are read live. If we cannot back a claim, we do not make it.
People decide on money and trust
Refunds, payouts and verification are approved by a person on our team, never left to a machine alone.
