    Sign up in Partner Hub; a staging key is issued instantly.

    Sign your requests

    X-API-Key, X-Signature, X-Timestamp, X-Nonce on every call. Scopes decide what a key can do; money-moving scopes are never granted by wildcard.

    Build and test

    Create, estimate, track and cancel orders against staging. Receive webhooks.

    Go live

    Apply for production; after a review that includes business KYC, you get live keys and a wallet to fund deliveries.

How do I get API keys?

Sign up in Partner Hub and a sandbox key is issued instantly. Production keys follow a review that includes business KYC.

How are requests signed?

Every request carries X-API-Key, X-Signature (HMAC), X-Timestamp and X-Nonce. Unsigned requests are refused. The docs include the signing steps and examples.

Is there a separate staging URL?

No. Staging and production share the same base URL; the key you use decides which environment you are in. Wallet and Safe-order endpoints refuse staging keys.

How do I pay for deliveries?

From a prepaid wallet you top up through the API, or cash on delivery collected from the recipient.

Do you send webhooks?

Yes: created, accepted, rejected, picked up, in transit, delivered, cancelled, rescheduled, returned and updated. They are HMAC-signed, de-duplicated and retried, with a dead-letter queue.
