Nationwide, Monday to Saturday
Door to door in the rate-card cities, pickup points in the towns where the recipient collects, and a quoted price anywhere else in Ghana. No Sunday runs.
The price comes first
Per parcel, by route, by who moves it first (a rider collects, or you walk it in) and whether it ends at a door or an office. Nothing is added at the desk.
One order number
Every parcel carries an ORD- number. Placed, picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered: each step shows on the tracking page, and the recipient gets an SMS when it lands.
Six ways to pay
MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money, Visa or Mastercard through Hubtel, USSD, or cash on delivery. Either the sender or the recipient can pay.
How many parcels
One parcel: walk it into an office. Two or more: book online. Three or more: request a pickup without an account, for a small per-parcel booking fee.
Usual timing
Usually within 24 hours inside Accra and 24 to 72 hours between cities. Timing is a usual range, not a promise of same-day.

Where do you deliver?
Everywhere in Ghana. Door to door in the rate-card cities, to pickup points in the towns, and on request anywhere else. The live coverage list and map are on delivery.dawurobo.com/cities.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No. Dawurobo Delivery runs Monday to Saturday.
Is there live GPS tracking?
No. Tracking shows each status the parcel passes through, with timestamps, against its order number. There is no map of the rider's position.
Who pays, the sender or the recipient?
Either. The booking records who is paying, and the fee can be paid by MoMo, card, USSD or cash on delivery.
